For our customers that are uncomfortable ordering online, we also accept mailed in orders. What are your shipping charges? (Free Shipping on all orders)
Pet Aficionado does not charge additional shipping fees for products shipped within the continental United States. Pet Aficionado guarantees FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States.

Do you collect sales tax?
Florida State law requires that Florida-based businesses collect sales tax (6.50%) on orders shipped only to addresses within Florida.

What if there are delays in shipping?
You will be notified immediately of any backorders or shipping delays via email.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

What about cancellations?
Customers may cancel any stock order at any time before it ships. Personalized items on our orders cannot be canceled.
